SKI CHALET FLAINE

Location Hameau de Flaine at 1800m is a purpose built village 2 kms out side of Flaine 1600. The ski bus is located 50 metres from the chalet that connects you to Flaine forum. The buses run from the Hameau every 20 minutes until late into the evening. There is a good selection of restaurants and bars in the resort of Flaine which is a 20 minute walk from the chalet, or a few minutes on the bus.
 

The Chalet is one of a group of chalets. The ground floor has two bedrooms, with two bathrooms, a separate WC, and a ski locker room. The main central floor has the dining area with seating for 12 and lounge area with ample seating with open fire, a separate kitchen for our chalet staff to prepare your evening meals. The kitchen and lounge area open onto the main balcony and terrace. The upper floor has a further two bedrooms with private bathrooms and a seperat wc. Both bedrooms open onto the upper balcony. The chalet is heated with electric central heating .

 

Views from all aspects are breathtaking and unobstructed. With good snow cover, you can ski back to the chalet off piste, along tracks.

Flaine is a ski resort situated at the northern end of the French Alps, with pistes overlooking Mont Blanc, Europe's highest mountain, whose snow cover remains all year. At 30 kms from the Autoroute Blanche - A40 - it has easy access by car and bus. Flaine village lies at the bottom of a bowl of ideally situated pistes, with access by ski to Morillon, Samoëns, Sixt and Les Carroz, and is one of the best areas for snow cover from early in the season.
The village is at 1600m with slopes to 2500m.
